Pain in eyes

My eyes always start paining whenever I'm busy with my mobile or laptop... Headache starts too...But can't do much because doing work on laptop is important for me... What should I do?

Hello Do get evaluated by an ophthalmologist. Near point of convergence,tear film evaluation,latent squint, Dilated refraction needs to be done.

Since you are a regular computer user hence you are likely to develop computer vision syndrome. Please put some lubricant eye drops eg teardrops 3to 4times daily and ocupol.dx eye oint to be rubbed twice daily on lids
