Hello sir in my let ear having little pain from 2 days please suggest me some medicine or drop.. thank you

Tab.augmentin 625 mg..twice daily for 3 days Tab.aceclo sp . Thrice daily for 5 days D wax ear drops .. 2 drops 5 times daily for 3 days.. If u had ear blocking sensation go to ent clinic for ear cleaning . Thank you

You need to give more information, pain in ear can be due to many reasons. You can Use Tab Paracetamol 500mg 2 or 3 times a day for pain.
