Pain in different parts of abdomen

From last four- five days i am suffering from very light pain in different parts of abdomen especially while laying down in night or sometimes when i woke up. Today i felt pain (bearable pain) where our lungs connected (centre) and thn pain goes down below that is four fingers above navel( it lasts long for 10 minuts) ... Medicines are not working...i think either i have navel displacement or kodi/kaudi.. i am also suffering from indigestion/acidity and gas... I am looking for best home remedy. I don't want to go to people who treat navel displacement by pushing or blowing legs. Please help me. And what food precautions i should take. Ps- I don't feel like loss of appetite and i don't have gallstone

Hello Ma'am don't worry,no need to go anywhere to reset navel Do Suryanamaskar , Sarpasana and dhanurasana U Will be normal after some time Drink Saunf Ajwayan pudina boiled and cooled water,suck Mulethi (Glycyrrhiza glabera) Take Avipattikar Churna 1 tsf+kapard Bhasma 250 mg bid after meals
