Take hot fermentation, keep warm water in a tub and sit in it. See the physiotherapist for physical assessment to decide the treatment modality. Avoid sitting long duration for few days. And sacral mobilisation could help as well in your case.

The hitting must have caused inflammation around the bone due to trauma.. You can ice the area to reduce inflammation and relieve pressure in that area by sitting on a pillow that is hollow from the middle like a tyre.. U can also take an anti inflammatory medicine after consulting a gp if the pain is unbearable..Try this for a week and consult a doctor if not better..
