Constipation nd appetite loss . Always feels like my gall blader and around the navel like my organs got shrink.when i breath out it feels my stomach sucking my organs especially around navel nd lower chest.also feels heaviness on my lower back .6 months back i admitted to hsp nd dr told me the inner lining of ur stomach got disturbed due 2 alchohl

Hello there. I can understand your concern. Then why do you drink alcohol? You can take a tab. pantakind-D once a day half an hour before food for 3 days. Syp. Aristozyme 10ml after food for 10 days.
