Pain in chest on slightly right side

I have pain in chest. In morning time when I wake up then I feel maximum pain but after doing some stretching pain relieved up to some extent. In day time I have to stretch many times and during stretching a sound of bones or may be nerves can be felt. I want to know the problem and a treatment.

Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.
