Pain in cervical area

2018-09-24 04:31:49
I have got a pain in my spine (cervical area) and every time I swallow food, cough, deep breath or tuck my chin it hurts. This started after my workout session 2 days ago while doing weighted squats. The pain is internal rather than external. Not much issue in mobility. Please advise.
