Hi.. U have to get an x-ray for that tooth and after that In the assessment,is there any food deposit beside the cap Is there any caries in that tooth or adjacent one.. Then after can give right plan of treatment

Maybe some secondary infection. Go for xray

You should visit to your nearby dentist as early as possible because there may be some infection may be due to cap fracture and food lodgement. Now for immediate relief use Rexiden M forte gel twice a day for 5 days and warm saline rinses.

Take IOPA dental xray of that tooth and attach here with good visibility or visit dentist for direct examination.
