Pain in breast after breastfeeding

My son is 7 months old and have been breastfeeding..since last 4 days I feel needle piercing pain in the breast after feeding my baby..there is no excess milk in the breast.showed to doc and she said breast are fine and no milk ducts and gave medicine but the pain after feeding isn't going. Please help..pain remains for 3-4 hours

Please stop breastfeeding your baby. Your baby is 7 months old. He should be getting top feeds.
