Hello dr. im 26 years old,i feel severe pain in both breasts..from last two month i suffering same problem before 1 week of my periods... pls help me it z normal or any other thing

Is there any lump in breast ,is there any discharge from nipples ,are you suffering from PCOs or any thyroid,if all these are normal,u need to get mammography done to see for the cause,for any further information or assistance you may get back to us.
