Pain in bicep

After bicep workout i am unable to extend my arms , feeling a pinching pain near elbow and part where elbow connects with bicep. Please let me know how can it be reduced instantly.

It us called DOMS that is delayed onset muscle soreness.. Very common post work out or strenuous activities.. It should recover within 24 hours post exercise

Drink plenty of fluids during exercise and during the day

First of all do not do vigrous exercise for long duration.  Make a protocol start with low weight and low repetition and gradually increase both.  Now take hot pack twice a day and gradually flex and extend elbow. Can quick relief can use volini or take muscle ralaxant

It's may be tennis elbow. Used cold compression on elbow for 10 minutes in a day. Stretching after exercises

You mainly need to rest first. Ice packs can give you relief with mild biceps stretching. If pain is unbearable, take painkillers.
