Pain in back on movement.

I've been experiencing a severe pain in back since past two days on any movement only on one side of my back.

Hello there, Back pain can occure for a number of reasons,including injury,aging,illness and disease.Try yoga squats to relieve temporary back pain.Its very easy way to relieve tightness in your back while stretching the muscles in the hips and butt.Above all i would like to suggest you to visit a physiotherapist for proper investigation so that proper diagnostic can be set and proper treatment can be issued.Thanks!
