I have been suffering from neck and pain in back portion of skull Perviously it occoured few days ago than i had a massage and it was ok but again its back with same intensity of pain I use metro to office I use to carry a bag during my journey I work on computer for 8 hours

u r suffering from cervical spine muscle spasm.  do cervical and back stretch exercise https://youtu.be/r9Asb-tlh08. if not relieve in pain consult neurosurgeon
