it will be good to get the proper description of the problem where the pain exactly is, whether it increases i n any particular movement, it travels to some other area or something else you can explain....but avoid forward bending+weight lifting+prolonged travelling+stair climbing+avoid cold exposure...at home you can do some hot water fomentation and apply some pain killer gel and take rest.

Have you taken out any x- ray? If yes do message me reports. Avoid long hours if sitting or standing. Maintain proper posture , do not bend over. Apply ice on affected area atleast 2-3 times in a day. Drink ample amount of water throughout the day. Consult a physiotherapist nearby and take proper back protocol if required after examination.

Ensure that she maintain an appropriate posture while working or sitting or walking....Take frequent stretch breaks and drink lots of water...Discontinue using pillow while sleeping straight...Do not lift heavy objects, especially after bending down....Eat a healthy wholesome meal which should satisfy her minerals and proteins requirement...take over the counter pain medications.. Consult nearest orthopedic surgeon they will do the needful.
