Pain in back both sides

Sir, Iam suffering pain at lower back both sides, From 1 week,. Some times continuous, Some times alternant, What should I do sir, Iam getting frequent urine also, And some pain in some time,. Daily drinking ragi jawa, Iam also taking daily 2.5 lit water, Plz help me sir. Thanks

Back pain can be because of Back  ( Spine or Back muscles) and also because of kidney diseases, prolonged sitting in a bad posture, even Calcium deficiency, because of nerves, and in ladies because of Gynaecological diseases. So you can imagine how many investigations you may need.
