Pain in back below the ribs

I'm having severe pain in my upper back right side below the ribs. Not even able to bend or stand straight immediately from the sitting position. Please tell me the cause of these symptoms.

This seems to be muscle spasm. Posture has to be correct while sitting n standing. .
