Yesterday i had to push my bike for 2 kms around as it broke down. After coming back from home my arms and back side if head z paining so much. In normal position it z ok but when i turn my head to either side or sneeze it pains. Wen i bend down my waist is also paining Any medicine or suggestion?

U r having muscle spasm or facet joint locking. Use Hot water Fomentation and also do neck isometrics. Visit to the Physiotherapist.
