Pain in Arm, mostly Near Elbow/Tricep

At rest I get sharp pains in my elbow are were the triceps attaches. It is very painful to touch and when I extend or flex my arm. I don't remember getting hit there or overextending it. There is some swelling but no bruising. I am also a football player.

Start applying ice pack for 10 to 15 minutes atleast 4-5 times in a day. Use proper Elbow support to ensure that there will be no extra pressure on your Elbow joints. For 1 week. Do gentle movements of Elbow every 2 hours.
