Hi, i have some sudden pain or clutches in my left arm which go away after some time .what can it be ?

Hi there. A few more details are required before any opinion can be given. Like is it in both the arms or one arm only ? Does it increase in the night ? Do you have any thyroid problems ? Any weakness of the hands,  any thinning.
