Shoulder Shrugs .
Core Strengthening Exercises.
Take frequent Breaks at work
Use cervical pillow.
If it is radiating then may be neurological otherwise may be muscular. thorough examination is required to diagnose your problem.you may do active movement of shoulder and neck for 1 week. if no result , you may need physiotherapy treatment for 1-2 weeks.
