Pain in arch of foot

In the centre of foot i.e the arch pains while walking or doing some standing activity this pain has prevailed since last 20 days I have tried all possibe way to treat this i.e  by apply topical analgesic pain killers but the pain is persistent mostly during walking

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Keep a pillow under the foot. --. Avoid painful acts & activities. --. Fomentation with warm water. Mostly you must be having pes planus Means flat foot loss of arch You need to consult an Ortho and confirm this diagnosis then You need to wear a chappal with arch rise
