Pain in anus while excret

There is a pain in anus when I excrete and this pain lasts for the day even after excreting, sometimes the pain was slight for few days then again starts troubling me

You may be suffering from fissure problem. Please get it examined by a surgeon and start treatment. It responds well to medications.
