First share your reports. :-Second  Do sits bath 2 or 3 times in a day. :- 3rd- Do not eat red and green chilli. :- 4th:- eat fibrous  fruit and vegetable sald  . :- 5th :- add boiled beat root in your sald. :- 6th do not touch that part agai and again.

Hi ,piles can be cured completely without surgeries  up to grade 3 . Above that surgery is the only option.
