Pain in anus after bowel movement

Hi, while going bowel movement I have to push myself to pass also having pain after bowel movement I have pain in anus still going to bed from next day morning to before bowel movement no pain. Sometimes have pain in the stomach also.

Looks like u may have fissure. Consult a gastroenterologist.
