It seems you have erupting wisdom tooth and it's surrounding tissue might got infected. Please visit nearest dentist for clinical assessment of tooth ,doctor might suggest you to go for full mouth x-ray. For pain you can have mild painkillers. And do betadine mouthwash twice a day.

Hello Please mention the age here You should go for x ray called Opg So that the doctor can rule out whether it’s erupting properly or not In case it is stuck inside the bone called as impacted then you have to get it removed

At your age,mostly the tooth is trying to come to it's normal position so you can take a painkiller for now and visit your nearest Maxillofacial surgeon.
