Pain for a moment after nightfall

I got sudden pain in my testis after nightfall or it goes for more than a minute. I'm 20 now this does not happened to me ever,but since somedays I'm suffering from this, It does not happen while in masturbation,it only occurs in nightfall only. So please tell me about it,or is there any home remedy regarding it... Please, because the pain is too uncontrollable.
