A urologist will evaluate the size, location and type of the stones and suggest you appropriate treatment (plenty of water, some medicines, or lithotripsy or other surgical alternatives depending on the stone size and place). He will also let you know what foods should be avoided and what to be taken. The food advise depends on the nature of the stones, and to some extent on your constitution, so please meet a urologist personally.
