Sir, suddenly yesterday ,in my right side and down of chest stomach pain is coming .I am feeling that my manspeci has been tense.vomoting may be come it's feel.Food is choke in gross nli ,I feel .please tell me suggestion.

Hello well I would suggest you to meet a physician so that we can examine you and also find out about the history in detail... Quite possible. You are suffering from food poisoning..try to drink water as that will help in digestion...thank you
