After resting not able to walk pains like anything after sleep at least for 1 hour pain continues, It's been a month now, tried home remedies nothing worked,I work in night shift most of the time floor walk and support is my job,but I sleep at least 6 hours a day, after sleep afraid to keep my leg in the ground cos of pain in my both heels
