Pain back

Dull pain at shoulder blade and sometimes at the centre of vertebrate. No nausea or vomiting. Sometimes I feel bloated and have some pain in upper abdomen what can it be? Something serious?

Shoulder pain and spine pain can arise together or from different things altogether.This warrants clinical examination. Bloating and upper abdomen pain is not related to your shoulder and spine. Pls get a physician opinion for that.
