Pain b/w scrotum & rectum

My husband has a sharp pain between scrotum and rectum while jumping he jumped from only 3 steps distance the pain lasts for 5 or 6 seconds at that time he can't even move a single step and it's very rare he started to feel this pain from 2009 and it's very rare. He feels the pain only while jumping.
