Hello Sir, pain u r having is due to nerve compression. Ultraset 1 tab twice daily & lyrica q75mg at around 5 pm for 5 days will help you. After 5 days take ultra set sos. Continue lyrica for a month. Once acute pain is settled, excercise will help. Hot fomentation is also recommended for relief of pain.
