Pain at pin site of external fixator

My daughter feel pain at pin site of her external fixator, is it die to the movement during physiotherapy? Should I put betadine sterile gauze daily around the pin site? Kindly advice. No pis or discharge is seen.

Hi Kindly explain better about the scenario…. Why the Ex fixator was applied And we don’t advise physiotherapy until and unless the X-ray is done and callus is visualised but u can perform other joint movements And the pin tract must be covered with betadiene soaked gauzes
