It can be due to friction during the intercourse along with UTI. It needs to be treated asap otherwise it may get complicated and can affect your personal and sexual life. It can be well treated with counseling sessions and homeopathic medicine effectively and without any side effects. You need an expert sexologist who is a good homeopathic physician. It needs to be addressed in a holistic approach for complete recovery. Take plenty of water and avoid mineral rich food.

The symptoms you describe—pain during urination, blood mixed with urine after sexual intercourse, and frequent urination—are not considered normal after sex and should be evaluated promptly. The most likely possibilities include a urinary tract infection (UTI), urethral irritation or a small tear due to friction during intercourse, or inflammation of the urinary tract. If the intercourse was unprotected, a sexually transmitted infection (STI) is another possibility, especially if there is burning, discharge, or persistent urinary symptoms. The fact that the blood was present only once and is no longer visible is reassuring, but because you continue to have burning and urinary frequency, you should not ignore these symptoms.
Next Steps
Drink plenty of water, avoid holding your urine, and refrain from sexual intercourse until your symptoms have completely resolved and you have been evaluated. Do not self-medicate with antibiotics without medical advice. If you develop fever, severe lower abdominal or back pain, persistent blood in the urine, inability to pass urine, or worsening pain, seek immediate medical attention. For personalized assessment, better guidance, and a holistic treatment approach for urinary symptoms, you may connect with us at 9 3 1 5 6 6 1 5 6 5.
Health Tips
Maintain good genital hygiene, urinate after sexual intercourse, stay well hydrated, and wear loose, breathable underwear. If you are sexually active, using condoms can reduce the risk of sexually transmitted infections. Most cases of urinary burning after intercourse are treatable, but because you experienced visible blood in the urine, it is important to have a timely medical evaluation to identify the exact cause and prevent complications. Thank you
