Do isometric exercises for cervical neck pain and if necessary get physiotherapy. Follow sleep hygiene and do meditation and deep breathing before going to bed. If problem still persists please visit a psychiatrist for some short term medication

Hi. I appreciate you talking about your concern The pain could be because of the cervical, it will gradually decrease with the right medication and care. To address the sleep issue, consider establishing a consistent sleep schedule, avoiding caffeine, and screens before bedtime, and creating a relaxing bedtime routine. If issues persist, consult a professional Psychologist for tailored advice and potential therapy.
