I hav pain in my ear and some water is also coming frm ear i dont know why but i think it is due to i gone to a dj party where bass was too much or i have danced so thr may be some shaknes of parts and also i cant hear as i would earlier frm that one ear

There is a probability of perforation in the tympanic membrane.. might be traumatic due to loud sound.. keep ear dry and untouched.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment.
