Pain and burning sensation in the anus

I have a burning sensation in the anal area with pain from last three days. I dont know whether its piles or fissure but it pains while passing stool ,also it pains afterwards too. I am using P6 capsules and anovate cream. Does it help and are hemorrhoids a recurring problem??

Consult Now
Consult a surgeon and get examined. Seems like fissure. Yes it can be recurrent problem
