Pain & Burning In Right Testicle

Since last 10 months, I am having persistent dull burning like pain in my right testicle & the pain worsens if the testicle is touched. The penis opening also sometimes feels burning sensation. Occasionally there is some kind of discharge from the penis which makes the area under the foreskin wet & bit sticky.
