My baby is 45 days old. He didn't get HepB vaccine which is before 24hrs after birth. Is it necessary now. Tomorrow he is getting vaccinated with IPV-1,PENTA-1,ROTA-1 and OPV-1 How can i relive him from pain after vaccination.

The pain is not as much as you think. Wait ten mins after OPV and breast feed, that's the best comfort you can give! If there is any fever, you can give Paracetamol drops. Though it is odd that Hep B was not given at birth, it is one of the formulations of Penta vaccine. So no need to give it additionally.
