Pain after bowel movement
I am suffering from external piles from 3 yrs. I have been taking strict diet thereafter. I have recently been experiencing pain after bowel movement. I am litterally on Vegetables and fruits all time and drink 3 ltrs of water everyday. Can anyone help me why i am still in pain.
