Pain above cesarean scar

I am having a stabbing pain while coughing sneezing standing up suddenly near my cesarean scar. It has been 2.5 years since I had the baby. I am having the pain from last 1 week. The pain is only on the right side.

Unrelated to the surgery As after 2 n half years the stitches hv healed completely well U need an ultrasound to find out the reason
