Actually my 4 year old son whenever moves his neck up and down there is a cracking popping or some kind of clicking sound each time he does. He complains of pain when he uses mobile too much by straining or else no pain. What to do whom to consult.

I think pediatrician is the right one who will take history and do examination then decide..whether your child needs pediatric neurologist opinion or not
