How can I naturally increase my oxygen levels? And control my anxiety and lower my blood pressure? Please help

Make a daily routine.Do early morning yoga and pranayam with gyming also.Take healthy diet on time.It really helps you very well.

Change in life style will help you improve... First of all your mind should be relaxed.. then yoga meditation pranayama normal breathing exercise and will help.
