Even though my dominant follicle size on day 15th was 24x17mm and my endometrium thickness is 7.9 mm After taking 10000 HCG injection on 15th day. Today on 18th day I didn't ovulate as per my follicular metry report. So what can be the reason?? I am really worried. please suggest.

Tab paracetamol also inhibit ovulation.. Have you taken it around taking hcg.. Moreover may be the cold chain was not maintained of the injection.. You can send the usg report (latest) for any further comments
