Hi , I understand your concern. Since your cycle seems to be 35 to 40 day cycle. Your ovulation period would probably be from Day 13 to day 23 of your menstrual cycle . You could try using ovulation kits during this time , or usg follicular growth monitoring is most accurate to detect ovulation .
