I have irregular periods and trying to conceive. I'm taking duphaston and sysfol. Duphaston is taken from 15th day of my periods. My USG pelvis and other hormone level in the test look normal. I don't observe any ovulation symptoms from past 3 months I.e Colourless sticky liquid during ovulation is not observed. If I'm not ovulating in first place, how do these tablets help me in conceiving?

Take Tablet Letrozole 2.5 mg from day 2-6 of periods at bedtime for 5 days. Use I know kit for detection of ovulation and timed intercourses from day 10 of periods onwards

Don’t worry dear, You can check ovulation by LH kit. Another method would be to go for follicular study.
