Hi, I'm on infertility treatment.my doctor gave me letoval from 3rd day of periods. One egg ruptures on 13th day from left overy and 2 eggs ruptures from right overy on 22nd day.My questions are 1. If eggs fertilized from right overy then what happened with non fertilized egg from left overy? 2. As there is a 1 week difference between eggs ruptures from two overies then my periods will come 2 times in a month? 3. As 1st egg ruptures on 13th day and then again 2 ruptures from right on 22nd day, so because of first egg ruptures early, my periods will come? Please help me and clear doubts as I'm very confused what will happen.

Congratulations . If all the three ovum are fertilized then you  will have three babies (triplets) . This is a known condition which can happen.

The non fertilized egg will be autophagocytosed  by nature No you will not get your period two times in a month You get your periods when they endometrium sheds not when the egg ruptures
