Can a women ovulate after she becomes pregnant? Or ovulation stops once she has conceived? If both the ovaries are showing a dominant follicle of 13 and 14 mm, does that mean she is about to ovulate ? Do the dominant follicles in the ovaries mean that she is not pregnant??

The follicle that is seen may be a corpus luteum not follicle.
