Hello there. High protein diet like egg whites, pulses etc vegetables and fruits to be increased in your diet. Rice and rice products to be avoided. Cardio workout like jumping jacks, running will help., playing badminton, tennis etc are good games to be played which doesn't require great expertise. Take in less calories than you require and burn more calories than you take, you will automatically lose weight. Regards
