Overthinking, OCD, FEAR, DPDR
So it's long story but in short, since childhood I was a overthinking child, i had a serious overthinking episode which lasted for a month, in 2023 i had a existential crises and it's lasted for months but it got better, 2024 went fine, but from April of this year I'm having severe overthinking and OCD of different problems, in june I got to know about schizophrenia and I was afraid of it and i kept thinking about it and i felt like the sky is not real, then i got know about DPDR and I was afraid of it, now i feel claustrophobic even when im in open, it's like the sky is not real, also today was worse i kept thinking what if I'm in a dream, what if my life is not real, i also feel a odd feeling, nothing feels great, nothing feels real, I'm afraid, I'm having sudden mode swings, i feel completely hopeless,

It sounds like you’re in a deep OCD-anxiety spiral, where intense overthinking has led to existential OCD, derealization (DPDR), and panic-like symptoms. Your mind is stuck asking: “What if none of this is real?”—and the more you fight these thoughts, the more trapped you feel.
What you’re feeling isn’t schizophrenia. It’s your anxious brain trying to make sense of fear, not reality falling apart. DPDR and existential thoughts can feel terrifying—but they are common, treatable, and temporary.
